Ready to hang: Be sure your work is ready to hang with wire attached. The Council cannot prepare your art for hanging and cannot use a sawtooth hanger.
Priced: Determine the price of your work, taking into account that 25% is a commission to the Glendale Arts Council .

At the Fruit Packing Shed at Sahuaro Ranch Park, Council members will be ready to accept your forms, work, and fee. You must complete a notification card with a stamp.
To collect your work on its release date, be ready to present your notification card to a council member.

Requirements for Entry
Artists' Awards Reception
Dropping Off and Picking Up Art
- Contribute time as a docent
- All art work must be for sale
- Arizona resident 18 years or older
- Nonrefundable fee of $25 per entry
- Maximum of two entries per artist
- Paintings must be dry upon entering exhibit
- Unframed canvases must be Gallery Wrapped Canvases 1½” to 2” in depth with painted or framed edges and attached wire for hanging
- 2D
- Contribute time as a docent
- All art work must be for sale

- 2D composition must be framed/ready to hang and not to exceed 5' in any one direction
- No saw tooth hangers
- Plexiglas recommended but not required
- Neutral mats recommended
- Art work must be original from conception to completion
- Work previously juried into GAC exhibits will not be accepted in future GAC exhibits
- Work must have been completed within last two year
- GAC retains the right to refuse entries that do not meet submission requirements
- Giclee Prints, Photography, and Computer Generated Images are Not Accepted in this exhibit
- Glendale Arts Council reserves the right to photograph and reproduce photographs of exhibited work for publicity purposes

Awards will be presented at the Artists' Reception for all juried artists on Sunday, February 2nd from 3:00 - 4:00
Artists may bring one guest.
Unsold works may be collected after the reception.
